Project Objective: Sell out New Year’s Eve
The Jane Hotel operates in New York City and is home to one of the city’s most unique nightclubs. Their objective was to sell out for New Year’s Eve in 2020, specifically focusing on VIP Table and Ticket Sales. Success was measured by Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), essentially the revenue returned for every dollar spent on advertising.

We formulated and executed a data-driven strategy using conversion rates, Return on Ad Spend, and custom audiences based on past customers to drive high-value ticket sales for The Jane Hotel Ballroom. Our focus was on paid Facebook and Instagram ads to amplify ticket sales, maximizing Return on Ad Spend.
Performance Analysis Demonstrates Value
With a total budget of $2,330, we achieved 66 purchases with a conversion value of $17,753. Our ROAS of 7.62 implies that for every $1 The Jane spent on advertising, they received $7.62 in return, successfully selling out their inventory. We targeted past attendees and those who were similar to them using Lookalike Audiences and provided weekly reports on marketing & sales performance.
