Project Objective: Convert a basic website to an engaging and functional website integrated with their scheduling and membership platform.
A highly acclaimed chain of health and wellness clubs in Washington, D.C., offering premium services including: gyms, fitness studios, and spas. To step up their game in the digital world, VIDA Fitness wanted Virtual Window to produce and perfect every aspect of their online presence.

The Journey Begins: Long-term Strategy
We implemented a cohesive strategy to attract more visitors and grow memberships by bolstering their online presence through website enhancements, social media engagement, and targeted marketing campaigns. We accomplished this through a coordinated effort that included redesigning VIDA’s main website, converting it from a basic PHP platform to WordPress, and optimizing the UI/UX of the home page and subsequent landing pages to be used for various promotions and marketing campaigns.
Our Team Delivers: Tools to Support Unique Needs
We built VIDA Fitness a new, fully responsive site that supported their unique group class schedules and served a key function in lead generation. Additionally, we implemented seamless HubSpot landing page integration, developed a class schedule calendar widget, using core PHP, MySQL, and Javascript. The mobile version of the site displays class schedules and allows members to participate in club challenges and make bookings.
